Given there are so many accommodations in the area and preferences vary, we do not have a hotel room block. Please see our lodging recommendations on the Travel tab.

The closest airport to both the wedding venue and to the St. Augustine Beach area is the Jacksonville Airport (JAX.) Given the distance from the airport (40 minutes from wedding venue & 1 hr from St. Augustine Beach area), we recommend a rental car. The Orlando Airport (MCO) is also a feasible option but is a bit further out dependent on where you're staying (2 hours from wedding venue & St. Augustine Beach area.)

Ceremony will be held outside overlooking the St. Johns Golf Course. Cocktail Hour and Reception will be held indoors.

What's most important to us is that our guests look and feel their best. At the end of the day, you do you :) That being said, we're aiming for Spring Formal attire. Think pastel shades, floral prints, etc. Don't let the "formal" trip you up. Want to wear a cocktail dress or a nice pantsuit? Go for it. Men, your "go to" suit will certainly get the job done. Average April temps in St. Augustine are a high of 79 degrees and a low of 59 degrees Fahrenheit.

There will be a shuttle service to and from the Embassy Suites St. Augustine Beach and the wedding venue. You do NOT need to be a guest at the Embassy Suites to take the shuttle. If not staying on property, we recommend either walking, Ubering, or parking at or nearby the Embassy Suites. The Embassy Suites only offers valet parking-- $15/day and $38/overnight. The shuttle to the wedding Ceremony will depart from the Embassy Suites at 3:20pm sharp. The shuttle will make two trips back from the wedding venue to the Embassy Suites with one shuttle departing at 9:15pm and the final shuttle departing at 10:40pm (after the Reception has concluded.) If you plan to take the shuttle, please let Kevin & Caysi know so that we have a rough headcount.

Absolutely! St. Johns Golf & Country Club offers options for various dietary restrictions. Please indicate all dietary restrictions on your response card/RSVP. We'll be in touch if we have any questions, however, feel free to reach out to Kevin & Caysi directly with any concerns related to dietary needs.
